Welcome and thank you for visiting our website.

We hope you find the website useful and informative. It has been designed to assist you if you are leaving or have left employment and have been asked to sign an agreement to cover the terms of your departure.

These agreements have been used for a long time now and to some extent are almost the norm at some businesses with regards to documenting and agreeing terms of exit for an employee.

They used to be called compromise agreements but the name changed to settlement agreements some time ago.  The documentation in the main however remained the same.

Our expert employment solicitors act on behalf of a wide range of clients providing advice and assistance on settlement agreements.

We prepare settlement agreements for employers and we also reglarly advise employees on the terms of an agreement.

This sometimes involves advising employess of any potential claims they may have and of their merits and value allowing the employee to take a fully advised approach to any offer.
